Personal profile
I am a writer, artist and ceramist, and will shortly be publishing my first book, Stalker - A Wall of Silence. This is very exciting, and I have created a new Instagram site for publicising it: @virginiaburdon_author.
As a painter my special interest is in portraiture, and in landscape and history painting. I have also returned to making ceramics with the main focus being on domestic ware, and using a variety of clays including earthernware, stonewareand porcelain. I was previously a professional potter in the 1970s, and was inspired to take it up again after a trip to a pottery village in Myanmar in 2018.
